Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at sales@getgroup.pk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If you haven’t received a refund after that time, please check with your bank or credit card provider first before contacting us.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, contact us at sales@getgroup.pk. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom products

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
